"I get the frustration. I do. But at some point, we have to ask ourselves—what if the problem isn’t us? What if our bodies aren’t failing us, but just doing what they’re meant to do?"
I need to trust my body to do what it's meant to do.
I have contemplated this too - we accept that things like grey hair or skin changes are all a normal part of menopause but the weight gain is not to be accepted. And I agree - trusting our body to know what it is doing is the path to peace.

It’s truly amazing what they teach us!

"I get the frustration. I do. But at some point, we have to ask ourselves—what if the problem isn’t us? What if our bodies aren’t failing us, but just doing what they’re meant to do?"
I need to trust my body to do what it's meant to do.
Yes and amen!
I have contemplated this too - we accept that things like grey hair or skin changes are all a normal part of menopause but the weight gain is not to be accepted. And I agree - trusting our body to know what it is doing is the path to peace.
