This was so inspiring to read as I contemplate, having gained what I call my post-divorce, post-full-time dementia caregiving weight, how i can release some of it to have the stamina, endurance and strength to walk the 200 km of the Camino de Santiago in September next year. You showed me that "fit" doesn't have to look a certain way or be at a defined weight. Keep adventuring, Kristi!
