Another great post Kristi! My god, you always hit the nail right on the head. Imposter syndrome has been paralyzing lately, to the point where I would simply put off writing because I don’t consider myself a writer. It’s work like yours that helps remind us all that we deal with the same insecurities and that there’s a way to work through them in a healthy way. Thank you for this.

Thank you, Jihene! It means so much to hear this. I've read your work. You need to believe it, because you are most definitely a writer.

That’s so kind of you to say. It means the world coming from you! I promise I’ll work on it. 🙏

There's no better way to feel creeping self-doubt than to rework your resume (or LinkedIn profile, which is kind of the same thing). I have to write bios for myself from time to time; talk about awkward!

"The anchors we need to cut ties to." This is one of the deepest aspects of self reflection. Just as you've been doing a deep dive into the messages around your body, I have spent the past year or so working to recognize the ancestral imprint of the women that came before me. For decades I never really thought much about this, or chose to ignore it, but more and more I see that being an anchor that holds me down (I also recognize the good that is there as well).

I love your call to put our stake in the ground, it is a very empowering call to action.

Thank you for your support and shout out Kristi, I look forward to hearing you on Linn's podcast.

👏👏👏 And I think 2024 will be the year I claim my own space and put a stake in the ground. Some 15 years or so in the making ☺️

Hi Kristi - and Donna,

This is my goal "taking action to move in the direction your soul is suggesting.” And it does have a plan.
