I've always appreciated the feelings wheel. It seems many of us (including me) can only name a handful of feelings so having a more nuanced list is very useful to be able to name them.

The article was published on Friday and yesterday tons of tears - an expression of long-held underlying emotions, I suspect. The wheel is a great resource, I don't think I've seen one as detailed before. Thanks for sharing it.
