I like this, and I'm in!

Also, I think a lot of folks think "diet talk" does good, but plenty of evidence out there supports the fact that the opposite happens. Want to help someone? Shush!

This is a wonderful and much needed initiative, Kristi. I'm in! Right now in one of my groups of women friends (we exchange Marco Polo videos every day) there is one of us engaged in a program designed to help her lose weight and there is a lot of focus on what I now know from you is "diet talk," although one of the women caught herself yesterday and said, "I'm not calling it a diet, let's say new way of eating." Nonetheless, you are right, these kinds of comments are all around us and right now I am in the midst of my own recurring struggle over food, weight, body image, the pattern I've had now since my teens. I love this newsletter and look forward to learning more about positive body image and getting away from the negative and destructive thinking around food and weight in our society. Have you listened to episode 262. Aubrey Gordon: On Freedom from Anti-Fatness

We Can Do Hard Things from last week? So good, so eye opening. Thanks for what you're doing here!
