Hi friends! I’ve been teasing this workshop the last few weeks, but I wanted to send a reminder with the full details.
I am co-hosting my first-ever workshop tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 30 at 12-1 p.m. CST/ 11-12 p.m. EST with my friend, non-diet nutritionist and body image coach, who helms the Joyful + Nourishment newsletter and podcast.
This will be a supportive gathering for anyone seeking gentle guidance on how to navigate the food and body image issues that often arise this time of year.
The workshop is free and part of my No Diet Talk December community challenge, although anyone interested in a kinder, less-stress holiday season is welcome to attend.

Struggling with food and body image issues can be lonely and isolating, and especially challenging this time of year. And for those of us who have finally broken free of diets, it can be just as isolating since diet talk is everywhere.
